Meet Bailey, an adorable Miniature Poodle mix estimated to be between one and two years old and weighing about 15 pounds. This cheerful boy is full of personality and has a lovely mix of playful energy and affectionate cuddles. Bailey enjoys his walks, car rides, and games of fetch and tug-of-war with his favorite toys. One moment he's joyfully zipping around, and the next he's cozied up beside you, soaking in all the snuggles he can get. His foster family likens him to Tigger—bouncy, fun, and always ready to make you smile. As a Poodle mix, his curly coat requires daily brushing and regular grooming to stay in top shape. The good news? Bailey loves being brushed, turning grooming into a delightful bonding experience. Though Bailey is still refining his house manners, he's making great strides since being neutered. His foster family uses a belly band while he learns, and he’s becoming more consistent with training. He gets along great with his six-pound Chihuahua foster sibling and has been friendly towards a nearby Dachshund, but encounters with larger dogs, like a German Shepherd, have not gone as well. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we recommend that dogs meet their potential housemates before adoption. Bailey’s energetic greeting style and playful spirit suggest he’d thrive in a home with older children or teens who can appreciate his enthusiasm. If you’re searching for a fun-loving companion who will bring laughter during the day and curl up next to you at night, Bailey could be the perfect fit for your family. Adoption fee is $500. All UnderDogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm checked, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. If interested, please complete an application at Underdog Rescue of Florida.
