Rhonda is a sweet and gentle pup who unexpectedly found herself in a full shelter in Alabama just before tough choices had to be made. Thankfully, our rescue can bring her to Maine, where she's celebrated as a shelter favorite. Huskies like Rhonda can be challenging to adopt out, but we’re confident she’ll find a loving home here. She has a beautiful long coat that will thrive in Maine's cooler climate. Rhonda is described as medium energy for a Husky; once she settles into a loving environment, her energy may increase. She’s calm and affectionate, enjoying the company of both dogs and people. Rhonda walks well on a leash and has been observed potty trained at the shelter. She currently weighs about 45 lbs and could gain a little more with proper nutrition.
