Although he’s in his senior years, Ronin still enjoys leisurely walks, playtime, and learning, especially when treats are involved. This independent fellow isn't known for being overly clingy, but he loves to be nearby, whether you're working from home or relaxing. Ronin is food motivated, which makes him an eager learner. He knows basic commands, walks well on a leash, and has excellent house manners. Ronin is in good health overall, although he does require Cytopoint for seasonal allergies and has a few benign fatty lipomas. While he moves a bit slower due to age and an old leg injury, he embraces daily life with a positive attitude. His ideal home would be adult-only, with no other pets or small children. A securely fenced yard would be a bonus, but he’s already great on a leash. Ronin deserves a family that understands the unique traits of Shibas and is ready to offer him companionship in a calm environment.
