About Charlotte
Meet Charlotte! This delightful 1-year-old female Shih Tzu weighs in at 8.9 lbs and is as sweet as they come. She adores other dogs and would thrive in a home that includes another friendly canine to be her four-legged buddy. Charlotte recently underwent a successful procedure to close a patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), and she has bounced back beautifully. Living luxuriously in her foster home, she’s already crate trained and has been working on her potty training and leash walking skills. Though she’s still young, Charlotte prefers a calmer environment with a consistent routine, making her an excellent companion for a quieter household. The adoption fee is $700, which covers her spa day, dental cleaning, microchip, heartworm test, wellness bloodwork, fecal floatation, and all core vaccines. If you’re interested in bringing Charlotte into your home, reach out to adoptions@thelovepetproject.org and include "Charlotte" in the subject line. We’d love to hear about you and your household.
