Meet Norman, a charming Basset Hound who's looking for a special forever home. At 7 years old, he was once the king of his castle, enjoying life as the only dog in his household. Unfortunately, a reshuffling in his living situation introduced other pets, which led to confusion for him. Norman is currently transitioning to a foster home in Dayton, where he will be assessed around other dogs, but he requires a home without other canine companions until he's adjusted. He's completely vetted, neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations. Norman is house trained, but has had his fair share of ups and downs recently, leaving him a bit anxious.
