About Jupiter URGENT
Jupiter is a sweet 10-week-old Pit Bull Terrier who urgently needs a loving home to recover from an upper respiratory infection. Currently at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter, she faces the dire risk of euthanasia if not adopted soon. Jupiter has been at the shelter since June 23, 2026, and she is ready to blossom in a safe environment. Jupiter is still a baby. She has a beautiful short coat featuring a mix of black, white, and brown colors. While she is not yet house trained, her youthful spirit will shine with nurturing guidance. The warm environment of a loving home is essential for her recovery. This little girl is not spayed yet, but she has her vaccinations up to date. The Companion Animal Protection Society (CAPS) is working tirelessly to find homes for dogs like Jupiter, who are at high risk due to overcrowding.
