About Big Boy Oakhurst
Big Boy Oakhurst, also known as Blue or Big Boy Blue, found himself in a tough situation when his owner abandoned him with three other dogs. Now about 3 years old, he's the last survivor of that group and adapted to life on his own in a rural area. Thankfully, people in the community fed him and gave him a chance at survival. Believed to be an American Staffordshire Terrier, he was neutered and vaccinated, weighing in at 60.8 lbs. Big Boy was initially trapped for safety, but it didn't take long for him to show his calm and affectionate nature. He enjoys walks on a leash and seems to get along well with other dogs of all sizes. Unfortunately, he doesn’t do well with children, so he’s looking for a quieter home. Consider giving Big Boy a loving home where he can thrive. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
