Friday is a young male Domestic Short Hair, about 1 year and 6 months old, who has had a tough start in life. He arrived at our rescue with his buddy Saturday after their longtime caretaker passed away. Both cats spent most of their lives outdoors, leading to limited human interaction, so they’re still getting comfortable around people. Friday, like many in his group, is quite shy and takes his time to trust. Because of their bond, Friday and Saturday must be adopted together. They support each other and rely heavily on one another for reassurance. Ideal adopters will be patient, understanding that building trust takes time and requires a calm environment.
