About Kaipo
Kaipo, pronounced Kaa-IY-Pow, arrived after his previous family could no longer provide for him and the household cat refused to welcome a new roommate. He was passed around a bit before landing safely at the rescue, so he’s looking for true stability next. Kaipo is full of energy and thrives with human attention; he’ll chatter your ear off if you let him. Expect lots of snuggles and playful antics—he especially enjoys time with gentle, older kids ready to dole out extra affection and attention. Kaipo has bounced between homes more than any cat should. He needs adopters ready to invest time and love for the long haul. He’s not a fit for homes with other cats or dogs, and small children likely won’t be his cup of tea. One thing you’ll notice right away: Kaipo is a polydactyl kitty, known for those extra toes. Still, the real draw here is his outgoing spirit, not his paws. Kaipo is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has a clean bill of health. He’s house trained and waiting for someone willing to offer a true forever home. Ready to meet your new best friend?
