Delphe is a young adult cat who ended up in rescue just as she was about to have kittens. Still barely out of kittenhood herself, she wasn’t quite ready to be a mom, so her babies went to a more experienced mother cat. Delphe is on the shy side, so she’ll thrive in a patient, quiet home where she can adjust at her own pace. She won’t be your lap cat right away and isn’t fully comfortable being held, but she absolutely enjoys gentle pets and has a deep, soothing purr when she feels at ease. Delphe is good at occupying herself and has a playful streak—you’ll find her batting toys around and keeping herself entertained. She should not live with dogs or children, as that makes her uneasy, but she’d benefit from another calm feline buddy to help her feel secure. Delphe is spayed, up to date on vaccines, FeLV/FIV/HW negative, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $230 plus tax. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
