About Piper

Piper is a resilient 6-year-old Husky who urgently needs your support. She recently faced a tough situation after being left with a friend who couldn’t continue caring for her, making her way to us in desperate need of help. Upon her arrival, it became evident that Piper has been suffering. Each step she takes is painful, revealing the struggles she’s endured for too long. After a thorough veterinary examination, it was discovered that Piper has an old hip injury, a chronic ACL tear in her knee, and signs of an unhealed fracture. The pain has been intense, exacerbated by an infected tooth that had to be removed. Thankfully, she is now on pain medication and receiving the care she desperately needed. We are raising funds to cover her veterinary expenses, which are about $446.20. We understand not everyone can contribute, but if everyone who sees this can help even slightly, it would mean the world to Piper—and help us continue caring for dogs like her. She also requires a foster home where she can begin her healing journey. If you’re interested in fostering, please fill out an application on our website. Let’s help show Piper that her story can transform into one of healing and hope. Every little bit counts! Click apply to start the adoption process.
