About Beans Special Needs
Meet Beans, a charming 8.5-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing in at 12 pounds. This little guy is labeled as ‘special needs’ due to a Level 4 Heart Murmur, but he's not on medication yet. Beans is housebroken and enjoys curling up in a cozy bed during car rides. It's important to note that he requires a fenced yard. Beans is a bit of a climber and an escape artist, often using rocks and boards to jump up. He needs secure fencing, especially since he tends to dash for open doors. Although he has a cloudy eye, he still sees well enough to navigate his surroundings. Beans may appreciate having a companion dog to help him thrive, as he is quite set in his ways at almost 9 years old. He has come from a rough background, overcoming a bad case of fleas and ticks that left him hairless, and now he deserves a loving family for his golden years. Adoption applications can be completed on our website, and we prioritize finding the best forever homes. Beans is located in St. Louis, MO, and cannot wait to meet you! What are you waiting for?
