About Yoda
Meet Yoda! This sweet little long-haired boy arrived from the streets of New Orleans, rescued from an overcrowded cat colony where survival was tough. When found, he was underweight, dirty, infested with fleas, and missing a lot of fur on his head and upper back due to dirt and malnutrition. His name reflects his big ears and bald head! After a thorough bath and plenty of food and love, Yoda's stunning long coat is growing back beautifully. He’s a bit shy initially, but he purrs immediately when you touch him and enjoys playing with toys. Yoda adores the company of other cats, so we prefer he goes to a home with another friendly feline to keep him company. He hasn’t been around dogs or kids, and given his shyness, a quieter home may suit him better. Older kids or calm dogs could be okay options.
