Penney is deeply bonded with her best friend, a 17-year-old Chihuahua, and they would ideally like to stay together, although they understand it might not be feasible. Unfortunately, due to her family's recent hardship, Penney's in a stressful position. She's a bit shy around new people and situations but is starting obedience class to gain confidence and enhance her skills. Penney is house trained and gets along well with other dogs, making her a great companion. Given her current circumstances, time is of the essence.
