About Cody
Meet Cody, a lovable 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier who has found the safe haven he so richly deserves. Once facing an uncertain fate in Waterbury, he was rescued just in time by a caring individual who saw his potential. Now part of the Happily Furever After Rescue family, Cody embodies the spirit of companionship. Weighing in at 8 lbs, he is gentle and affectionate, greeting everyone with a wagging tail. His personality shines as he gets along beautifully with people of all ages, children, other dogs, and even cats. Despite his past, Cody remains trusting and full of love, relishing the moments spent with his human friends. Whether lounging on the couch, enjoying a gentle stroll, or curling up beside you in bed, he's happiest when surrounded by those he loves most. Though he has a cataract in his right eye, which leaves him blind on that side, it doesn’t hinder his happy spirit. Cody continues to embrace life with joy, showing that love knows no bounds. If you’re searching for a loyal best friend with a big heart, Cody is ready to share his golden years with you. His adoption fee is $450, and he’s neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Seniors aged 60 and over can adopt him for just $350 through our Senior-to-Senior program.
