About Laverne

Laverne is a delightful young dog currently with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas. Having recently overcome a difficult past, she and her presumed sister Shirley were rescued after arriving heavily pregnant. Due to the size of her litter, Laverne underwent an emergency spay, and now, at just about 10 months old, she is transforming from a timid pup into a jovial bundle of joy. Her playful spirit and silly antics bring smiles to everyone around her. Laverne keeps her kennel spotless, which gives us confidence that she'll excel at house training. On walks, she exhibits wonderful leash manners, preferring to stay close to her human. Despite her initial shyness, Laverne is gentle and friendly with both cats and dogs, making her a fantastic companion.
