About Lily Bloom
Lily Bloom is a one-year-old shepherd/Carolina Dog mix currently living in a foster home in Houston, TX. Once an adopter is approved, arrangements will be made to meet in Blaine, WA; crossing the border is required due to restrictions. Until then, you can expect regular updates and a virtual meet & greet once your application moves forward. Lily Bloom is medium-sized at 43 pounds and has already been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Originally found as a stray alongside her sister, she arrived skinny and flea-infested but is now healthy and thriving. She lives harmoniously with several other dogs in her foster home and genuinely enjoys group play. She is dog-friendly and her moderate energy level means sheâs up for play sessions but can relax when it's time to settle. Lily Bloom interacts well with childrenâespecially those over 10âthough her playful side means she might be a little much for very young kids. Cat compatibility hasnât been tested yet, but that can be easily arranged for serious adopters. Lily is leash-trained, walks confidently beside her human, and is both potty and crate trained. Her foster mom describes her as friendly and sweet, with enough food drive to make ongoing training easy. She's slightly shy meeting new folks but warms up fast and settles down nicely. Curious, bright, and with just the right dash of independence, Lily Bloom would do well in a home seeking a fun yet grounded companion. Every animal comes with their own journey, and Lily Bloom can't wait to finish hers with you. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
