About Betty
Betty found herself abandoned, tangled up and tied to a signpost in Detroit. Today, she brings joy with her tail wags and bright smile, along with the comfort of her snuggles at night. Betty has received plenty of love in her foster home and is ready to find her forever family. This little girl carries a big heart and simply wants to be by your side. She's eager to snuggle close or hop onto your lap, but she also knows how to play. As a young adult, she has bursts of energy, balanced with a gentle spirit. Betty warms up quickly to new faces, trusting without hesitation. Weighing approximately 40 lbs, she gets along well with both large and small dogs and has shared her home with cats successfully. She settles into her crate at night with a treat, making minimal noise once comfortable. She's well on her way to being house trained and knows how to sit, actively looking forward to learning more. Car rides are a breeze for her, and barking is minimal unless she’s feeling particularly playful. What does Betty seek? A safe and loving home filled with snuggles and playtime. After being found in such a tough situation, she deserves a front porch she can call home and a family who cherishes her. Your new best friend is just one click away.
