About Lola
Lola is sixty pounds of calm, sweet, blanket-loving perfection. She has a signature move when she's truly happy: a series of small, involuntary hops that only happen when her excitement gets the best of her. It’s hard not to fall for her right then and there. A five-year-old blue nose Staffy mix, Lola brings an intentional pace to every day—slow walks, long naps, and time on the couch all rank high in her routine. She’s crate trained and heads to bed with no fuss. Commands? Lola’s got them down. She knows sit, stay, off, and even high five. Her way of letting you know she needs outside is clear and drama-free—she’ll whine and pace until you get the message. House training is on point, no guesswork required. Fetch is serious business for Lola. She brings the toy right back and drops it, then waits out your hand with laser focus. The second you go to grab it, she pounces—her self-invented game, undefeated. Food is another story; she will counter surf if tempted but responds instantly to a gentle “off.” Lola loves burrowing under blankets at any time of day, and she wants to share her slow, cozy lifestyle with someone willing to offer patience and ongoing structure—especially on leash, where she’s dog reactive and best as the only dog in the home. She’s ready for a soft place to land and a person to share it with—just somebody who’ll let her do her happy little hops and keep up the good habits she’s built. What are you waiting for?
