Cosmo is a friendly guy who arrived at PACC as a stray back in 2022. His previous home had small dogs, and he was noted as an affectionate and playful companion. Cosmo enjoys toys, car rides, and staying close to his favorite humans. He takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once you’re in his circle, you’re in for a treat; this boy is as sweet as they come. A volunteer at the shelter shared, “Cosmo is one of my favorites. He quickly adjusted back at the shelter, showcasing his loving nature. He’s easy to walk and is just such a gentle soul with a big heart.
