Nala is a lovely 3-year-old Shepherd mix in search of a warm and loving home where she can thrive indoors and play outside. Weighing just 40 pounds, she's the perfect size for cozy cuddles and lots of fun. Nala enjoys playing with other dogs and toys and loves to snuggle in your lap when it's nap time. After a tough transition from her previous owner, who became ill, she now yearns for a forever family. Though a bit shy at first, Nala quickly warms up and shows her affectionate side. She’s house trained, well-mannered, and ready to become a loving companion. Nala is also friendly with dogs of all sizes and gets along wonderfully with cats. While she has an autoimmune condition called Dermatomyositis affecting her skin, it is manageable with medication, which has greatly improved her happiness and wellbeing.
