About Daphne

Meet Daphne! This adorable 3–5 month old Lab mix features a cute white spot on her chest and a permanent smile that lights up the room. This happy-go-lucky girl treats each day like it's the best day ever! Whether bouncing through the yard, playing with her foster brothers, or curling up for a nap, Daphne spreads joy wherever she goes. Her puppy enthusiasm is infectious. Daphne has a hilarious way of running; sometimes her back legs and wiggly little butt seem to move faster than the rest of her body. Watching her sprint around with wide eyes and a flopping tongue is bound to make you smile. She loves playing with her smaller foster siblings and is always ready for her next adventure. As a typical Lab mix, Daphne has a keen nose and magically appears whenever food or treats are involved. She is food motivated and is currently learning that sitting politely is more rewarding than jumping. A smart girl, she’s eager to learn through positive reinforcement. When playtime ends, Daphne transforms into a cuddle bug. She enjoys snuggling beside her people on the couch and will search for them if they’re not within view. Because she values closeness, ongoing positive kennel training will help her grow into a well-adjusted adult dog. Daphne sleeps through the night in her kennel without issue. While she may fuss a bit initially, she settles down in about 10 minutes and sleeps soundly until morning. If you’re seeking a puppy with a zest for life, a goofy personality, and endless affection, Daphne might just be your perfect match. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
