About Gordo
Gordo is a special little guy who thrives with calm, patient humans. When he first entered foster care in March, he was terrified of people, preferring the refuge of hiding under a plant stand for four days. Since then, he has transformed into a snuggly companion for his foster parents but remains shy around strangers, especially children. For that reason, he will do best in a home with a single adult or a couple who can respect his boundaries. Gordo gets along wonderfully with his two foster dog siblings. He enjoys going for walks and car rides, and while he sleeps in his own bed at night, he prefers to be close by during the day. At just 4 years old, he weighs around 12 pounds, and he is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Though his teeth could use a cleaning, it's not urgent. Gordo truly is like a hidden treasure waiting for the right person to uncover his loving nature. Ready to meet Gordo? Click apply to start the adoption process.
