Apartment living isn’t suitable, but some condos or homes with private, fenced yards might be considered. He requires a sturdy, safe crate—wire or soft-sided types aren’t accepted, so plan for a high-quality option. Please note, out-of-state adoptions aren’t possible at this time, and applicants must live in Western Washington or possibly Northern Oregon.
