This happy-go-lucky boy was surrendered when his previous owner no longer had enough time for him, and now he's ready to find a family that can give him the love, attention, and active lifestyle he deserves. Milo is a social butterfly who enjoys meeting new people and making friends wherever he goes. He has a cheerful personality and a zest for life that makes him a joy to be around. He does well with other dogs and has shown no concerns around cats, making him a great candidate for a variety of households. This playful and energetic little guy enjoys staying active and would love a family that shares his enthusiasm for fun and adventure. He enjoys leash walks and is always ready to explore, although he can be enthusiastic enough to pull on the leash. Because of this, he'll benefit from continued training and a family that is willing to help reinforce good walking manners. Milo has demonstrated a good understanding of house manners and has adjusted well to life in foster care. Like many young dogs, he can become excited and may jump up to greet people, so continued guidance and consistency will help him continue to mature into a well-mannered companion. Due to his tendency to take off if given the opportunity, Milo would do best with a securely fenced physical yard where he can safely burn off energy and enjoy outdoor time. He is not a good candidate for an invisible fence. He would also do best with older, dog-savvy children who can respect his playful nature and help set him up for success. As a Bichon Frise/Poodle mix, Milo will require regular grooming to keep his coat healthy and looking its best.
