About Pearl

Meet Pearl, a lovely young pup who recently joined DASH after being surrendered to a shelter in Kentucky. Pearl is a mixed breed, combining the charm of Beagle and Basset Hound, and her expressive eyes are sure to melt your heart. She’s in the process of learning the basics, including crate training and going potty outside, and even how to walk on a leash. As a playful dog, she thrives in the company of younger dogs and enjoys her time in the fenced yard of her foster home. While she hasn’t been tested with cats, we believe she would do well with children given the right introductions. Pearl still needs guidance to develop her manners, and her new family should be ready to invest time in her training. This energetic girl is eager to find her forever home where she can flourish. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
