Meet King, a sweet, affectionate boy who's ready to be a devoted member of his forever family. King loves being close to his people and thrives on companionship. He's especially fond of women and children and enjoys making new friends wherever he goes. Whether it's a neighborhood walk, a car ride with the windows down, or simply hanging out with his family, King is happiest when he's included in the fun. King's favorite pastime is playing ball. In fact, he may love ball even more than treats-and that's saying something! He has an adorable habit of bringing a toy over and wiggling his whole body to announce that it's playtime. His favorite game involves two balls: he'll proudly hold onto one until a second appears, then race after the new one and repeat the process for as long as his humans are willing. This handsome guy would do best with an active family who enjoys walks, playtime, and adventures. He gets along well with children, cats, and most dogs, though introductions with intact male dogs should be handled thoughtfully. King knows several commands, including sit, down, stay, and leave it; rides beautifully in the car; and takes treats with a gentle mouth.
