Well for starters, Sourdough is a big loaf at 58lbs! She came to us as a stray, so her past is a bit of a mystery. Sourdough takes a while to overcome her initial anxiety, but will warm up with encouragement and become friendly and sweet. Plus, she knows "sit"! Sourdough loves to play with people, and her initial interactions with another dog in the shelter were positive. We always recommend bringing your entire household – canines included! – along to meet Sourdough to help ensure compatibility. Sourdough would benefit from working with a trainer on basic obedience. It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested?
