About Timber
Meet Timber, a Shepherd/Husky mix with a survivor's heart and the sweetest smile. At around 6 years old, he has faced challenges that no dog should ever have to endure. Timber arrived at Noah's Arks Rescue in critical condition—severely starved, weak, and battling serious wounds and a life-threatening infection. His recovery journey was extensive, requiring emergency care, surgeries, ICU treatment, and months of diligent medical monitoring. Despite everything, Timber has held onto his gentle spirit. Now cautiously healthy and enjoying life at the rehabilitation facility, he craves attention and affection. Timber loves to be close to people, going for walks, and running around the yard. He's touched the hearts of everyone he meets with his affectionate nature and gratitude for kindness. Because of his past, Timber needs a home that provides patience, structure, and lots of love. He can be selective about other dogs, so thoughtful introductions are essential. He may thrive best as the only dog or with a calm, compatible companion. Timber is ready for his next chapter—someone who sees beyond his past and appreciates the loving, loyal dog he is today. Ready to make a difference? Click apply to start the adoption process.
