Meet Delta. She is a sweet momma dog who was rescued from terrible conditions on Woodbury, TN. The owners let 5 adults and 8 puppies run at large and breed. They could not afford to even properly feed them. They did not protect them. As a result, Delta was hit by a car and suffered a terrible fracture and femoral head didplacement for 3 weeks before we found out and rescued her. She had an FHO surgery to remove her femoral head, which would allow her hip to work properly. She could not walk on that leg before and limped around holding it up. She was in terrible pain. All is better now and she is living the life in a fabulous foster home. She is waiting in her for her family now! Are you them? Her birthday is 5/18/23.
