Meet Louie, She is around 8 years old and weighs 13 lbs. Initially timid, Louie needs a patient family that can give her the time she deserves to adjust. Affectionately called “Bobo” by her foster family, she enjoys the outdoors and loves to curl up in the recliner for some peaceful snoozes. This sweet girl greets her foster family with licks each morning. While she warms up to familiar faces and is quite snugly, she isn’t overly enthusiastic about strangers. Louie gets along well with other dogs and older children. She’s potty-trained but occasionally marks indoors, particularly on blankets and toys. With some encouragement, she’s learning to walk on a leash, especially when guided by other dogs. Louie prefers wearing a harness and strikes a whimsical Superman pose when lifted. She has soft, long hair and adorable tufts of fur around her ears. This lovely companion enjoys treats and will blossom in a home where she feels safe and settled.
