Elizabeth Taylor is a 6.5 year old Maltese with her whole life ahead of her! She came to us as a breeder release, so everything is new and a little bit scary for her right now. With patience and consistency, she will quickly learn how good life can be! So far, she is doing well with other dogs and is mostly uninterested. She would probably be the same around cats, as she's only 15 pounds and would be similar to their size. She is shy with new people, but seems to be enjoying spending time outside and decompressing with her foster family! She's doing well in her crate and working on potty training, and mostly just taking it easy while she acclimates. And we are just fine with that! She hopes her adopter will be just as patient and let her come out of her shell in her own time, so if you are able to provide her that stability and kindness, please let us know!
