Meet Pheebs/Phoebe! Often mistaken for a much younger kitty, Pheebs is a small girl with a big heart! She may be shy at first, but if you are patient her warm, cuddly nature will soon reveal itself. Before long she will be asking for pets, verbally and physically, any chance she gets. She enjoys finding hiding places, curling up on a cat tree, and getting belly rubs. She'd be great in a calmer environment and tolerates other cats but has not lived with dogs.
