Meet Alfie, a 112-year-old Corgi with a cheerful personality and a heart full of love. This handsome boy is super friendly, extra snuggly, and always ready to make new friends. Alfi loves being around people and has a happy-go-lucky nature that brings smiles wherever he goes. Alfie does great with other dogs and enjoys their company just as much as he enjoys spending time with his humans. He walks nicely on a leash, making him a wonderful companion for strolls and everyday adventures. To be considered: Submit an adoption application through our website Our volunteer team reviews all applications carefully Dogs are matched based on best fit, not first-come, first-served Because we are a volunteer-run nonprofit rescue, application review can take up to 10 days, and sometimes longer depending on volume. Our dogs live in foster homes rather than in a public shelter setting, which helps us better understand their personalities, routines, and needs before adoption. Current transport locations: Greenwood, Indiana Wilmington, Ohio Washington, Pennsylvania Mt. Joy, Pennslyvania Transport is available only after: Application approval Deposit payment Signed transport agreement A transport label means the dog may travel through our scheduled transport program once these steps are completed. If the dog is listed and does not show adoption pending on our website, we are still accepting applications. Please note that many dogs receive multiple applications. Is the dog potty trained? Unless specifically stated in the dogs bio, assume potty training is still in progress. Many rescue dogs come from difficult backgrounds and may need patience, consistency, and training in their new home. Do you respond to every application?
