Meet Palmer. This sweet boy made the Stellar Bank in Houston's East End his temporary home, waiting by the drive-thru for a meal or a friendly face. Many kind strangers provided him with food and water, but a bank isn't a place for a dog to live. Since his rescue, Palmer has settled in beautifully at boarding. From day one, he has displayed nothing but sweetness, as if he knows he’s finally safe. He is recovering from life on the streets and will be fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped before his adoption is finalized.
