Meet Franklin Franklin is a 17-pound wire-haired terrier mix (our best guess!) with a big personality packed into a small package. This young guy loves people, loves cuddles, and is always ready to hand out kisses. When hes not zooming around the yard at top speed, youll find him curled up on the couch or weaving around your feet like a little shadow. Franklin is playful, smart, and full of puppy charm. He loves strawberries, soft toys, treats, and showing off his impressive zoomies. Sometimes he runs so fast in circles that he trips over himself and rolls right onto his back. He gets along great with other dogs and has been friendly with everyone hes met. Hes working on house training, does well in his crate at night, and is already learning basic commands. Franklin would love an active home where he can burn off some energy, soak up attention, and then crash on the couch for a nap. Hes the kind of dog who wants to be wherever his people are. If youre looking for a loyal, loving companion who will keep you smiling, Franklin is ready to meet you. ------------------------------------ The adoption donation for Franklin is $250. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention (age appropriate). If you would like to meet this dog, you must have an approved application on file and be willing to travel to the Youngstown/Mahoning County, Ohio area for a meet and greet. All of our dogs reside in foster homes. We do not have a physical shelter. Applications will be reviewed/approved and each dog will be placed in the home that can best meet their individual need. If you live in a residence with a Homeowners Association (HOA) please make sure you check that the dog you are interested in does not violate size or breed restrictions. A successful adoption is our goal. Submitting an application does not guarantee adoption of any dog.
