About Pancake

Pancake is ready for his forever home! At around 10-12 months and weighing 38 lbs, he exhibits a delightful mix of puppy energy and unique charm. With the herding instincts of a Corgi and the appearance of a Rottweiler, his proportions certainly add to his quirky nature. Pancake gets along well with both dogs and cats, but he needs to be in a home with at least one other dog to feel comfortable. He shows a timid side around people, which led to his name, yet he blossoms in the company of other furry friends. He tends to warm up more to women, but he’ll come around to men, too. Pancake is incredibly smart; he mastered a level 6 puzzle toy in no time. While he isn’t fully potty trained, he’s making great strides. His mouthiness, typical for herding breeds, may arise when he wants something or needs to go outside. Pancake can be a bit more mouthy with older kids, so a home with dog-savvy children and a family dedicated to guiding him through this behavior would be best. He’s neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, dewormed, and microchipped. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
