About Magnolia
Meet Magnolia. Magnolia is a gentle spirit with a soft demeanor, showing the heart of a sensitive soul. This beautiful Australian Kelpie has an endearing look, yet she's still discovering how to feel secure in her surroundings. Out of her group, she tends to be the most timid, often seeking refuge in corners where she tries to make herself small. The human touch can be overwhelming for her, causing her to freeze up, but that's not truly who she is; it's simply a learned behavior. Despite her fears, there are tender sparks of potential in Magnolia. She cautiously leans in to sniff treats, albeit still hesitant to accept them. Magnolia shows a clear preference for female handlers, finding comfort in their presence. Her true vibrancy shines when she’s around other dogs, effortlessly blending into playgroups. With canine companions, she relaxes, explores, and starts to gain the confidence she so deserves. Magnolia thrives in a dog-friendly environment and needs an understanding home that allows her to progress at her own pace. A confident, friendly dog in the household will be essential in helping her blossom into the amazing companion she is destined to be. If you believe in gentle transformations and offering a loving chance to fragile souls, Magnolia is ready for your warmth. Magnolia will be in Elgin, IL, the second week of July.
