About Alcor

Meet Alcor, a striking long-haired kitten with subtle tabby markings on his face and legs. This Maine Coon mix was surrendered to the rescue with his three siblings and was born around mid-March 2026. Alcor is the largest in his litter and shows great promise of growing into a big, fluffy cat. He’s a sweet and friendly boy who craves attention and enjoys being around people. While he likes receiving affection, his playful spirit takes precedence over cuddle time; he’s a little whirlwind of energy. Alcor loves to chase toys, explore, and play with other cats and kittens. His social and energetic nature makes him a great fit for a home with another young, playful cat. He would particularly thrive if adopted alongside one of his siblings—Capella, Mizar, or Polaris—or with one of his foster friends like Togrog, Kip, or Trash Panda. If you're seeking a lively, fluffy companion to bring joy to your home, Alcor could be the one for you! Adopting through our rescue ensures you many important health services, including spay/neuter, FIV/FeLV testing, microchipping, and age-appropriate vaccinations, all for a fee of $175 per kitten.
