About Peapod
Peapod and his five siblings had a rough start—born to a young mother who, along with her brother, was kicked out of an apartment building. The kittens arrived inside, but were quickly dumped outside into the chaos of a parking lot. Rescue stepped in just in time to scoop up the whole family. Now Peapod’s been fully vetted, tested, and is finally safe indoors, where he’s thriving. Peapod is roughly two months old and is part Maine Coon, with a long, soft brown tabby coat and a sweet disposition. He’ll need to be adopted with one of his siblings, as these kittens really depend on each other. We’re seeking indoor-only, non-smoking homes where Peapod and his sibling can settle in and be loved. Peapod gets along with cats, dogs, and children, making him a great fit for most family situations. He’s house trained and up to date on vaccines, so he’s ready for the next chapter.
