Pony is a charming dog who lights up the room just by being there. Rescued from West LA Shelter, she quickly captured hearts, leading us to step in when she wasn’t adopted. At 6 years old and 18 pounds, she’s a delightful bundle of cream fluff with the softest eyes that brighten any space. Her foster describes her as "very, very affectionate," which perfectly sums up her nature. Pony thrives on close companionship, happily nestling against her person while enjoying a cozy evening on the couch. She has the ability to fit right into your life, leaning against you as if she’s always belonged there. Pony has proven to be a great roommate—house-trained and content to be left alone for a few hours. As she’s grown comfortable, her playful curiosity has come out. If something piques her interest, she might take it for a little inspection, but rest assured, nothing gets damaged during her investigations. When out for walks, Pony is a joy. She strolls happily at a relaxed pace, showing curiosity about other dogs she meets. People—especially kids—are instant friends to her, and she loves to greet them with a gentle sniff before accepting some affectionate pets.
