About Rambo
Rambo is an uncommon mix with a Pomeranian dad and staffie mom, coming from a tough start in life. He was rescued from a hoarding situation in Fontana after his owner passed away, leaving him and 10 other animals alone for several days. Despite being loose on the property, Rambo stayed close to the house, sticking to what felt familiar. He grew up with all kinds of animals—dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, and fish—so he’s used to a busy, varied environment. At first he can be a bit territorial, barking when newcomers arrive, but Rambo warms up quickly and starts seeking out your company. He’s recently been neutered, is house trained, crate trained, and has learned leash manners. Rambo loves tagging along off-leash for chores or even running behind a dirt bike; he’s happiest when included in the action. He does well with other dogs and cats, but he’s vocal and will not be comfortable in apartment settings. Meeting new people can make him nervous, so he needs someone patient willing to show him not everyone is scary. Rambo is small at 33 lbs, about 1-2 years old, and ready for a loyal companion who wants an adventure buddy. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
