About Cocoa Bear
Cocoa Bear is a 9-11 month old Chocolate Lab mix with an adorable, gentle demeanor. She’s already potty trained and loves to sleep through the night curled up beside her humans, thriving when snuggled close to those she trusts. Initially a bit shy around new people and experiences, Cocoa’s goofy personality shines as she grows comfortable. She enjoys playing with toys and occasionally bursts into playful zoomies, bringing happiness to those around her. Cocoa is great with other dogs, regardless of size, and she also gets along well with cats. A confident canine companion would help her build confidence even more in her new home. She’s still learning how to walk on a leash, as it can be a little intimidating for her. A patient adopter who can guide her with encouragement will aid significantly in her progress. Cocoa’s not fond of a crate but hasn't needed one during her foster care. What she truly needs is a family that understands her sensitivity and allows her to explore the world at her own pace. If you genuinely appreciate a loving, sensitive dog that creates a deep bond with her people, Cocoa Bear is ready to become your new best friend. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
