Meet Roscoe! Roscoe is a sweetheart with a heart every bit as big as his goofy grin. After getting a second chance at life, he is ready to find the family he has been waiting for. Before coming into rescue, he spent his days wandering a developing neighborhood, making the best of things on his own. A kind construction worker noticed him and laid out a blanket for him, which Roscoe quickly claimed as his favorite spot. Even then, it was clear he wasn't asking for much—just a little kindness and a place to belong. With the help of his foster family, Roscoe found safety and care. He received treatment for a skin condition and completed heartworm treatment before being neutered. Now, he has blossomed into the happy, loving dog he was always meant to be. Today, Roscoe is kennel trained, house trained, and wonderful with kids. He gets along great with other dogs too. With his easygoing, affectionate personality, he enjoys being part of whatever his people are doing—whether it's a walk around the neighborhood, a weekend adventure, or a lazy afternoon on the couch. Roscoe does have a small heart murmur monitored by his veterinarian, but it doesn't slow him down. He continues to live life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and plenty of tail wags. While he may need medication later on, he's currently focusing on what he does best: loving his people. More than anything, Roscoe is ready for a home of his own. A soft bed, a family to love, and someone to share life’s adventures with.
