About Luke I'm all

Your new best friend is just one click away. Luke is a charming and handsome young dog waiting for his forever family. Currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, Luke can be transported to Austin or out of state, depending on location. With a brilliant mix of Labrador Retriever, American Pit Bull Terrier, and German Shepherd, it's easy to see why he has such striking pointy ears and an athletic build. His shiny, jet-black short coat features a splash of white on his chest, and his dazzlingly white teeth and Spock-like ears make him stand out in any crowd. Luke and his sister faced tough times on the streets before coming into rescue. While their early days together left them deeply bonded, Luke has been learning to flourish independently and now enjoys the company of other dogs, both small and large. He has a sweet disposition, is gentle with little dogs, and responds well to training cues like a dog whistle if playtime gets too rowdy. This energetic pup is potty trained, crate trained, and up to date on all vaccinations, plus he's neutered and microchipped for peace of mind. Still young at heart, Luke delights in digging, chewing toys, belly rubs, sunny naps, and exploring the world on walks. He would really benefit from a home that offers a yard to play in and ideally another friendly dog as a companion. Whether lounging in a cozy bed or dreaming of chasing butterflies, Luke is ready to bring lots of joy and loyalty to his new family. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
