Meet the mysterious Billy Willy. This little guy first came to us frightened and incredibly skinny, clearly having spent too much time wandering the woods before being rescued as a stray. Initially distrustful, Billy displays signs of past trauma but we've been working hard at CASA to help him gain weight and build his confidence. While he still has a long journey ahead, with a patient owner, we believe he will thrive. Billy isn't your average chihuahua. He requires a calm environment without children and does not enjoy being picked up or subjected to sudden movements. He does well with cats and similarly sized dogs, but we always recommend a meet and greet with any resident pets to ensure a good match.
