About Kip

Kip is a 3-year-old, 10 lb terrier mix who arrived at our rescue from the Mexican border, found as a stray alongside two siblings. When he first came to us, he was feral, but his transformation has been heartwarming. Now, he likes to sleep in our bed and is beginning to greet us excitedly when we pull into the driveway. Kip will thrive in a calm home where he can take his time to adjust, as he remains nervous around strangers and can occasionally hide. It’s essential for Kip to have a secured, fenced yard to explore safely. He would do best in a quiet environment without small children. His gentle nature shines through with the tiny puppies in our rescue, as he prefers their company and plays well with small dogs, although he is timid around larger ones. While Kip still has much to learn, he’s a loving companion who has made significant strides. He is altered, up to date on his vaccinations, and doing well with potty training. Kip’s adoption fee is $650, which includes a microchip, health check, heartworm test, and more. Ready to give Kip the patient, loving home he deserves? Apply today!
