Rumi is a delightful 3-year-old chihuahua mix weighing in at 11 pounds. Rescued from a shelter in California facing space issues, she arrived at our care ready to shine. Shortly after her rescue, Rumi welcomed five adorable puppies, and she proved to be an exceptional mother. Now that her little ones have found loving homes, Rumi is eager to find her forever family. She's a happy, affectionate girl who loves to follow you around and is highly motivated by treats, showcasing her sharp intelligence. Rumi is potty trained, does well in a crate, and enjoys car rides. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs. A spay appointment is coming up at the end of July to ensure she is completely ready after nursing. This procedure will be fully covered by our rescue.
