About Lelaini
Meet Lelaini! This 1-year-old female Chihuahua mix weighs about 8 pounds. After being surrendered and feeling quite scared, she has adjusted well in her foster home and is ready to find her forever family. Lelaini, affectionately called "Lani," is incredibly loving and thrives on cuddles. Her foster mom has trained her to sit within a day, showing just how eager she is for affection. While she prefers to be right next to her humans, Lelaini is working on becoming more independent. She adores playing with her little toys, especially cat toys, and she enjoys the company of other small dogs. Though not yet potty trained, her foster is helping her learn. Initially shy around new people, Lelaini warms up quickly, especially when she feels safe. She loves her food so much that a slow feeder is a must to prevent her from gulping it too fast. With her playful energy, she quickly calms down when snuggled up on a lap, often gazing lovingly at you. Lelaini is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and has had her teeth cleaned. Her adoption donation is covered, and she is fostered in the Orlando area.
