About Lucy

Lucy is a sweet German Shepherd mix who recently returned to our care after three years in a loving home. Her previous owner had surgery and found it challenging to continue caring for her. At 4 years old, Lucy weighs over 75 pounds and is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She’s medium-coated with a beautiful blend of brown and chocolate, accented with black. Though Lucy is initially shy and takes some time to warm up, she thrives as a mature companion and is best suited for a household without children. She gets along well with other dogs, but her not-so-friendly disposition toward cats makes her a better fit for dog-loving homes. Lucy needs someone patient and understanding to help her adjust. Take the leap and offer Lucy a loving home where she can flourish!
